How to Measure
Find the knee center
To start measuring your dog's leg you will need to find the knee center. First, bend your dog's knee. You will feel two bumps at the front of the knee, one at the top and one at the bottom. The middle of these two bumps is the knee center.
Thigh circumference
Measure the circumference midway between the knee center and the bend of the groin.
Tibia circumference
Measure the circumference midway between the knee center and bend of the hock.
LENGTH
Measure the length between the mid thigh and the mid tibia.

Note: ALL measurements MUST fall within the same measurement category (ex: all 'Small' measurements) to ensure the brace will fit your dog. If your dog's measurements fall within 2 or more categories (ex: one 'Small' measurement and one 'Medium' measurement), we do NOT recommend this brace for your dog. Use and Care
Remove all metal stays before washing. Hand wash only with warm soapy water. Lay flat to dry.
EMbrace Knee Support
I purchased this knee support for my 83lb boxer and measured him as the instructions said and neither the knee support nor the strap to the other leg to hold it up worked. I work with it for an hour hoping it would give my boxer some knee support. Being a short hair boxer it just kept slipping down an never worked nor fit. I do t know what to do from here but my boy needs something for a rear leg ligament injury. Now do I put $325 in the Performance Dog Knee Brace | CCL-ACL Stifle | Dog Rear Leg Brace? Or as the review of recent review of boxer and slipping g again - I don’t know what to do at this point but the next purchase below. I will be returning the embrace support. Please advise as I don’t want another brace to slip down and be useless. What’s the trick all you hear is fitting not good when we followed the fitting guide and slips down. Disappointed I want my boy better.

Please also note that if your dog has a CCL injury, we do not recommend this type of brace. Your dog would be best suited in our Performance brace or Custom knee brace so that it would properly address the injury. The design of connecting the brace with a strap across the back to the leg on the other side prevents my dog from removing the brace. She seems to feel more confident when wearing the brace.

The brace was not a good fit for him or his injury :( I would love to try to sell the brace used if possible)... he had it on only once for a few minutes.
Received the brace very quick. Well packaged . The fit is right on . It’s made pretty good too.Very pleased. Would definitely recommend it !
