OUR PEOPLE
ANEETA BOOR BOOR
OWNER, CEO
Aneeta began her career in the human medical field, spearheading the launch of seven FDA-cleared products at OrthoCor Medical. As Marketing Director, she led the company’s marketing initiatives and collaborated closely with R&D on product development.
After more than six years at OrthoCor, Aneeta transitioned within Caerus Corp. to help grow its veterinary brand as General Manager. Having been involved with Animal Ortho Care since its inception, she helped shape the brand’s growth and guided its transition from a division of Caerus Corp. into an independent, family-owned company.
Aneeta remains hands-on across the business, working in product development, marketing, operations, and customer care while supporting continuous improvement throughout the company. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the Carlson School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising from the School of Journalism at the University of Minnesota.
Outside of work, Aneeta enjoys spending time with her son and pup, Atlas—known at AOC as the Chief Branch Manager for his love of branches.
VICTORIA RUNNOE
CUSTOMER CARE MANAGER
Victoria Runnoe is the Customer Care Manager for the Animal Ortho Care and L’il Back Bracer brands. She considers it a privilege to connect with our customers and help them determine the best product for their pets.
Victoria joined the company in February 2019. Before coming to Animal Ortho Care, she spent 10 years working in the nonprofit sector with organizations including Feed My Starving Children, March of Dimes, and United Way.
She understands how heartbreaking it can be when a pet is injured and strives to communicate with compassion, understanding, and transparency. Because every animal is unique, Victoria takes the time to understand each pet’s individual history and needs. Helping animals live their best lives brings her joy, and she looks forward to making a positive difference each day.
Outside of work, Victoria enjoys spending time with her three amazing children and her cat, Taters—the packaging department’s Head Box Inspector.

RYLIE HINRICHS
MARKETING & LOGISTICS COORDINATOR
Rylie joined the Animal Ortho Care team on August 23, 2023. She manages our social media, assists with marketing, oversees logistics, and brings a creative eye for engaging content and fresh ideas. She takes pride in sharing pets stories and how our products can help make a difference. With a passion for helping pets live their best lives, Rylie brings energy and care to every customer interaction. Prior to her role at Animal Ortho Care, she worked for a machinery sales company managing their social media and assisted with marketing tasks. She has earned her Bachelor's of Science in Marketing from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her cats, Rin and Peanut along with her fiancé Josh. She also enjoys spending time at the lake and catching some sun whenever she can.
