The kit has everything you need to cast your pets leg.
We did our first cast with our dog laying down. Our second cast we did with her standing. We needed help as it took 4 people. My husband is a Physician Assistant and has done many castings, we still needed extra people to hold the dog still, standing and the leg in the correct position.

The casting kit worked fine and the Ortho Brace fits perfectly. It adds support to her rear leg from the torn ligament and her knee Knee.

Easy simple instructions! We did buy extra casting supplies just incase it didnt go as planned thr first time and it came in handy! I love that your able to incase its needed. My girl is 57lb and was pretty relaxed doing it so my husband and I we able to get it done by ourselves with no extra help.

My dog’s brace was not fitting well, initially. AOC improved the brace by trimming the top and the bottom which made it fit nicely! This will help my dog heal from his partial ACL tear with much more support! Thank you AOC!

We’ve used these braces on torn CCLs for two of our pups to date. Neither dog was a great candidate for surgery and both had bilateral tears. The braces are great. Put them on for daily wear and within a couple weeks limping was gone and the dogs were less dependent on carprofen. They’re pricey, but worth it. The first dog wore the braces for three years (until he died) during swimming, running, and many adventures. We never had to replace any pieces. Our current pup has had the left brace for 4 years and the right for 6 months. We had to replace one of the pads on the left brace. There was a minor wearing issue with the left brace when first received. We sent it back for a modification and the end result was perfect. Love this company, love Wizard of Paws, and love that we have options outside of surgery.

My wife and I thought about having our dog Daisy undergo surgery on her right leg when she ruptured her knee CCL only nine months after having TPLO surgery on her left knee. My dog needed a brace for his right hind leg. The brace he received has worked fantastically thus far. My dog, Kaiser, has been able to enjoy his walks, and he still thinks he's a bullet.

The instructions for the casting and measurements were clear. The casting equipment was easy to work with. Plenty of material was provided to cast my medium (50lb) dog.

After watching the video on casting a few times, the kit was easy to use and the process went very well.
